IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON MAIL DELIVERY DELAYS
What you need to know
Canada Post service disruption is affecting mail delivery across Canada. This will likely result in delays in sending and receiving important documents with HomeEquity Bank, such as, payments, interest rate notifications, statements and other important correspondences.
Letters/Documents:
- If you send or have already sent important letters or documents through Canada Post, there might be delays in their delivery.
- There may be delays in our communications reaching you, please check your personal records and mortgage documents, and contact us if you wish to discuss any account changes or concerns.
- We recommend sending documents via email to clientrelations@heb.ca to ensure timely receipt and handling.

Payments/Cheques:
To make a payment, you can use the following methods, payable to HomeEquity Bank:
- Electronic Funds (EFT) or Direct Deposit.
Please call Client Relations at 1-866-331-2447 between Monday-Friday 8:30 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST so we can provide you with our bank details. - Cheque
We recommended using a reputable courier to ensure its timely delivery.
If you have already sent a cheque to us via Canada Post, it may have not reached us yet. Please call Client Relations at 1-866-331-2447 to discuss.
